California Clients

I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. Therapy services are available to clients physically located in California at the time of service.

Utah Clients (Telehealth Only)

For individuals physically located in Utah, therapy is provided in accordance with Utah’s telehealth regulations for out-of-state mental health providers, including:

• Disclosure that I am licensed in California, not Utah

• Client identification of their location at each session

• Required telehealth informed consent

• Utah-specific emergency resources

I do not provide therapy in any state other than California and Utah.

4. Not for Emergencies or Crisis Use

This website, email, and online contact forms are not monitored continuously and are not appropriate for crisis or emergency communication.
